We are following strict clinical guidelines during this time to ensure the safety of our patients and our staff. We are permitted to treat all patients and when you book your appointment, you will be asked some questions to ensure suitability for an appointment.
Our clinic is operating as best we can and spacing patient appointments to ensure footfall in the clinic is reduced. You may need to wait sometime for an appointment.
Please attend your appointment alone, unless your require support due to mobility.
We do not have a waiting area at the moment, so please remain in your car or outside the cllinic until your appointment time. Please do not arrive early as you will not be given access until your appointment time.
Adhere to social distancing guidelines on entering the clinic and we would ask you to hand sanitise on entering and exiting the building.
Please wear a face covering during your time in clinic. Our podiatrist will be wearing full PPE equipment.
We will carry out a temperature check also with each patient.
Please keep personal belongngs and jackets to a minimum.
Our clinic may feel cooler than normal due to ventilation system being on the majority of the time.
If you can, please pay by card.
Housecalls, These appointments are offered to housebound patients only and our preference would be not to visit houses at the moment. We are offering patients appointments in clinic where possible.
